Vi beställde vår trappa 2022 då vi byggde vårt hus. Vi är mycket nöjda med resultatet, samt med kundservicen som vi fick. Vi fick goda tips och rekommendationer som hjälpte oss att välja rätt. Trappan är mycket stabil och praktisk, men också mycket stilig och passar in bra i vårt hus. Med bra kvalitet på materialet behöver vi inte heller vara rädd att trappan ska nötas och få fula märken.

Mycket nöjd med servicen på Westwood. Väldigt hög kvalité på produkterna.

Den färdiga produkten är vi mycket nöjda med. Bra kvalite. Funktionen att få en 3d modell med offerten var också mycket uppskattad. Dock visade det sig senare att den inte riktigt överensstämde med verkligheten. Trappan var smalare än vad vi föreställt oss. Belysningen till trappan var krånglig att koppla in då alla trappsteg skulle kopplas till samma plint. Skulle ha fått vara ”plug & play”.
